Watching Chaturbate is free. You only need tokens to tip performers, go into private shows or join a fan club. This guide shows how to buy them, which payment methods you can use and what to do when a payment doesn't go through.
How to buy tokens
- Create a free account or log in.
- Click Get more tokens at the top of the page, or Purchase tokens in a room's tip window.
- Choose a payment method and a token pack. Bigger packs include bonus tokens.
- Pay. The tokens usually appear in your account right away.
Payment methods
When we checked the purchase page in October 2026, it offered:
Scan with your phone camera- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and others). See buying tokens with a card.
- PayPal, only in some countries: it was listed for European countries but not for the United States. See can you buy Chaturbate tokens with PayPal?
- Cryptocurrency under "More payment options": Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, USDT, USDC, Dash, XRP, TRON and POL. See buying tokens with crypto.
The methods shown can depend on your country, so the purchase page is always the final word.
What tokens cost
By card, 100 tokens cost $10.99 and 1,000 tokens $79.99 in the USA and most countries; in Europe the prices include VAT (100 tokens $12.06, 1,000 tokens $87.75). Crypto costs a flat $0.08 per token everywhere, which makes it the cheapest way to buy small and medium amounts. All packs are in Chaturbate token prices, and the token calculator shows the cheapest way to buy any amount.
Why was my payment declined?
- Your bank blocked it. Some banks decline payments to adult sites by default. Call your bank or allow the payment in your banking app, then try again.
- Wrong details. Check the card number, expiry date, security code and billing address.
- Too many attempts. After several failed tries, wait a while before trying again.
- Try another method. If the card keeps failing, crypto (or PayPal in Europe) often still works.
If nothing helps, contact Chaturbate support from your account.
Keep it safe and discreet
Only buy tokens on chaturbate.com itself. "Token generators" and sellers offering cheap tokens are scams that want your login or card details. If you'd rather keep purchases private, read how to keep your Chaturbate purchases discreet.
